After regular working hours we forward our telephone to our cell phone in order to give you a possibility to talk to a "live person". In case we are not available please leave us a message and we will make every effort to return your call as soon as possible. In case we are not available to return your call please refer to the phone number of the emergency clinic in the message.
To allow ample time for all patient visits, appointments are scheduled for each client. Like humans, pets do not synchronize their illnesses with our appointment book. Emergencies do occur, and surgical procedures sometimes take longer than planned. However, every effort is made to see each client on time. Should it be necessary for a client to reschedule their appointment, a phone call prior to the originally scheduled time is appreciated.
In the case of emergencies, our staff is specially trained in all emergency procedures and such emergencies will be addressed immediately. |
